Most items will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. We guarantee delivery (as indicated by tracking information) or you will receive a full refund or replacement. In other words, there’s no reason to worry about your package’s safe arrival.
We offer three shipping options for orders within the USA:
Free: 2 – 5 Day Transit
Priority: 1 – 3 Day Transit
Express: 1 – 2 Day Transit
For international customers, outside of the USA, we offer:
USPS First Class International: 3-5 weeks Transit
UPS Standard International: 2-3 weeks Transit
UPS Express International: 1-2 weeks Transit
The majority of US-based orders we ship will come via USPS. We can also ship UPS upon request. Contact us, or add a note to your order letting us know you prefer your shipment come with UPS.
USPS is used for the majority of orders in the USA. UPS is available upon request for orders shipping within the USA (you can add this request to the order notes at checkout, or contact us after placing your order).
UPS and USPS options are both available at checkout for international orders (outside of the USA).
Your piece will arrive in a black-and-gold jewelry box with a matching polishing cloth.
We allow returns for any reason up to 30 days after you receive the item. Whether it’s a fit or fashion issue, you’ll get back every penny you paid. If the return is prompted by a defect or quality problem, meanwhile, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
You can expect to see your funds credited back to your original payment source within 3 business days of the item arriving to our office.
Engraving can be specially arranged upon request as a custom order. Please submit a custom order request at
https://jahda.com/custom-gold-jewelry. Let us know the item you would like engraved, and we will provide pricing and delivery information.

Yes. We only create solid, real, genuine gold pieces.
At Jahda, we stand firmly behind the quality of what we sell. We do our very best to resolve any issues for our customers, handling each situation on a case-by-case basis. We’ll cover most damage within six months of purchase. In the case of accidental damage, we rarely charge for anything beyond labor. Rest assured, no matter the problem, our end goal is your satisfaction.
Our white gold is nickel-based, not palladium based.
Yes. All pieces we create come with a Certificate of Authenticity that is embossed with our official seal.
Definitely! We know not everyone is comfortable with sharing their information online. To place an order over the phone, just call 916-533-6907. Our customer service expert will help you find what you’re looking for and can set you up with special shipment options.

We go out of our way to ensure all financial information is kept private. We also do not share information with third parties.
For security, we only ship to the billing address associated with the payment card used to place your order. To ship to a different address, there are two options.
- Pay with Paypal – Select Paypal as the payment option at checkout. We will ship to the Shipping Address listed on the Paypal payment.
- Pay with Zelle – Add all items to your cart and proceed to check out. Once you have calculated your order total, send this amount to 916-533-6907 using Zelle. Send us your order details through a text to 916-533-6907 or through our contact form. We will email a receipt within 1 business day of receiving your payment.
We do not provide gemologist appraisals. We do, however, offer free “value assessments” upon request. This document states the current market value of your item based on similar products. It also details things like item karat and item weight.
We do not offer repairs. If you have any issue with your jewelry item within six months of purchase–we’ll repair or replace it at no additional cost. Note: this only applies to issues that aren’t the result of misuse.

We have been designing and manufacturing gold jewelry since 2012. We spent years as a jewelry dealer before that. We are certified to deal in all types of precious metals.
