We gladly accept returns and exchanges. A return must be mailed back to us within 14 days of the date you received the item (as shown by USPS/UPS/FedEx/etc. tracking number).
Any shipping costs for the item will not be refunded.
A restocking fee will be applied to any returns. The restocking fee will be as follows:
- Items under $1,000: 15% restocking fee
- Items from $1,000 to $2,500: 10% restocking fee
- Items $2,500+: 5% restocking fee
Returned items that have been altered in any way are not eligible for returns. This includes ring re-sizing (done after purchase), stone replacement, and any signs of significant wear or damage.
Custom pieces (including items that have had gemstones replaced or added) will be exempt from our return and exchange policies.

NOTE: Please DO NOT send items back to us for returns if the item will not be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received the item (according to tracking information). Items that are received that are ineligible for refunds will be held until shipping costs are paid to have the item mailed back to you.
Jahda Jewelery Company accepts a variety of payment types. When you purchase an item through our shopping cart system, you will have the option of paying with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. We also accept:

Items usually ship within one business day of purchase.

We ship WORLDWIDE. Most international customers must contact us for prior arrangements; if you are an international customer having issues during the check out process, please contact us via email or phone.
