We gladly accept returns and exchanges. A return must be mailed back to us within 14 days of the date you received the item (as shown by USPS/UPS/FedEx/etc. tracking number).
Any shipping costs for the item will not be refunded.
Returned items that have been altered in any way are not eligible for returns. This includes ring re-sizing (done after purchase), stone replacement, and any signs of significant wear or damage.
Custom pieces (including items that have had gemstones replaced or added) will be exempt from our return and exchange policies.

NOTE: Please DO NOT send items back to us for returns if the item will not be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received the item (according to tracking information). Items that are received that are ineligible for refunds will be held until shipping costs are paid to have the item mailed back to you.

To use check, money order, or cash as a payment method, you will have to contact us for prior arrangement.
Items usually ship within one to three business days of purchase.
If you need an item by a certain date, this can be arranged. Please call or email us if you wish to make this type of request.
We ship WORLDWIDE. Most international customers must contact us for prior arrangements; if you are an international customer having issues during the check out process, please contact us via email or phone.
All purchases shipped within California are subject to the state-imposed 8.0% tax rate.
