Delivery & Shipping Guarantee

We provide tracking information on all orders, and we guarantee your package will arrive (as indicated by tracking information). For orders shipping within the USA, if a package is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. A return must be mailed back to us within 30 days of the date you received the item (as shown by USPS/UPS/FedEx/etc. tracking number).

Any shipping costs for the item will not be refunded.

Returned items that have been altered in any way are not eligible for returns. This includes ring re-sizing (done after purchase), stone replacement, and any signs of significant wear or damage.

Custom pieces (including items that have had gemstones replaced or added) will be exempt from our return and exchange policies.

Jahda Jewelry Company accepts a variety of payment types. When you purchase an item through our shopping cart system, you will have the option of paying with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. We also accept:

Shipping

Items usually ship within one to three business days of purchase.

If you need an item by a certain date, this can be arranged. Please call or email us if you wish to make this type of request.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (Outside of USA):

We ship to most countries worldwide through USPS, UPS, or DHL. International buyers assume the risk of packages being lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Taxes & Duties: Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You may be responsible for paying these taxes when your package arrives to you. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Any countries we are unable to ship to will have their order canceled and refunded.

All purchases shipped within California are subject to the current state-imposed tax rate.
