This beautiful ring features a pear cut Sapphires and genuine round cut Diamonds set in solid 14K yellow gold. The Sapphires have not been lab-tested so we are unaware of any treatments that may have been done. The piece is in good condition overall and has been professionally cleaned prior to listing.
